Tin is an Ore in Base Metals and is one of the most common available. While it cannot be made into armor, Tin dust acts as a Catalyst and can be mixed with Copper dust to make Bronze. It is also a commonly used resource in the crafting of various other mods.
Like all metals, a 2x2 square of tin ingots can be crafted into a decorative tin brick block.
